Delivery And Returns

Please note deliveries are a one-man service. Delivery is £30 (no limit to number of products), or £10 when ordering just accessories. When you place your order, a member of our team will contact you with your delivery date. We aim for all deliveries to be within 3-5 working days of you placing your order. We deliver all of our worktops and accessories via our own in-house delivery team. We don't offer nationwide delivery (yet!), but we are continuously making plans to increase our delivery radius and provide our services to more people. For delivery updates, or to provide special instructions, please contact our team.

Upon delivery it is your responsibility to ensure that an able-bodied person is present during delivery to assist the driver with off-loading and carrying the goods. If nobody is present to assist the driver the goods will be taken back to the depot and the delivery attempt classed as failed. If the delivery attempt is failed there will be a £30 re-delivery fee to be paid by you, the customer, before we are able to send the goods back out. If you wish to cancel the order after a failed delivery attempt you are entitled to a full refund less the original £30 delivery charge.

Changing Your Delivery Date
We will send you an email confirmation to confirm your delivery date within 1 working day of you placing your order. If you need to change your delivery date, please contact us straight away and we'll look to rearrange this to a day that's more suitable. Please note we have a schedule that covers postcode areas on different days, so while every effort will be made to accommodate a preferred day, this will not always be possible and other arrangements may need to be made.

For returns, please contact a member of our team. You are responsible for returning your good to us either via courier or personally. If you would like us to collect your item, we charge a flat rate of £40 for collections. Goods remain your responsibility until they make their way back to us, so please ensure they're well-packaged and protected to avoid damage in transit. Once the items arrive at our depot, they will be inspected.

If you're collecting from our Dewsbury Showroom, you will be asked to inspect the good and sign off on your collection. The Worktop Outlet takes no responsibility for damage to goods in transit once you have collected them.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your items are faulty, please contact our team and we will arrange a delivery of replacement items and collect the faulty goods free of charge.
