Unfortunately we don't offer nationwide delivery right now, however we do deliver all across Yorkshire and Greater Manchester. Please check our delivery page to find out if we deliver to your area.

Delivery takes between 3-5 working days and is fulfilled by our own in-house delivery team. After placing your order, we will contact you with the date you can expect to receive your goods.

If you receive your delivery date and you're unable to be home, please contact us via phone to rearrange your delivery for a more suitable date.

We don't provide specific delivery times and your delivery is classed as an all-day wait. We aim to complete all deliveries between 8am-5pm, and your driver will give you a call when he's on his way to you.

We're proud that all of our worktops are manufactured right here in the UK. It means shorter lead times for us to update our stock, and ensures only the highest quality at the best price for our customers.

Yes, you can order up to 4 free samples from any of our laminate worktop ranges. We offer this service so you can compare decors in your own home, and make the right decision for your desired look, feel and budget.

We don't offer a cutting service for our worktops right now, and supply them only in the sizes given at the time of purchase.

Prior to installation you must ensure your worktops are stored on a flat surface using bearers. Remember to store worktops in a damp-free environment, and ideally in the same room they will be installed in.

Upstands hide expansion gaps and help create a uniformed and finished look. All of our worktops have matching upstands available, and while looking the part, they also help worktops to be fitted to out-of-square walls, and help to prevent moisture from forming behind your worktop.

Worktops are joined using worktop connector bolts on the underside of the worktops. Using a matching adhesive from our Colorfill range, this creates a neat finish and water-resistant deal. Use solvent to remove any excess to create the final perfect look.

Use a certified laminate worktop cleaner or antibacterial cleaner to maintain the look of your worktop.

You'll need to measure the depth and length required of your worktops. If you're still unsure, please contact our team with your measurements and we'll be able to advise the best way to order.

If you'd like to amend your order, please contact a member of our team via phone as soon as possible. Please note that we are only able to amend orders up to 36 hours before delivery.

To place an order, please use either our website or contact our sales team. To place an order online, please: 1. Find the product you'd like to order on our website 2. Enter the quantity of the product you'd like to order, making sure to check the correct dimensions have been selected 3. Add to your basket and then proceed to checkout 4. Enter your contact and delivery details 5. Enter your payment details in our secure checkout system 6. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, with a personal follow-up from a member of our team to confirm your delivery date To place an order over the phone you will be required to give your order requirements, personal delivery information as payment details over the phone. No payment details are written down or stored by our team, as they are securely entered into our payment system. You will then receive a personal email confirmation from the team member who took your order.

You will be charged for your order as soon as you have clicked the place order button, or as soon as your telephone order has been completed. This may take a day or two to show in your bank statement.
